Prime 90 is owned and operated by Bryon Tarbet, Ph.D. in Synthetic-Organic Chemistry from Brigham Young University; David Hahn, Ph.D. in Biophysics from Stanford University; Sabrina Hahn, retired thoroughbred jockey and trainer and Tara Tarbet, specialist in graphic arts. Together they have over 85 years experience in the horse and dog industries. David and Bryon also have a combined total of over 45 years experience in research, university teaching, and administration. They owned and operated one of the largest boarding and training facilities in the southwest. The ownership of the facility, breeding and training competition horses and dogs, and their extensive research has led to a new level of scientific products.
